At our school, we believe reading opens doors – to imagination, knowledge, and success across every subject. On this page, you’ll find two brilliant booklets to inspire your next great read:

• World Book Day Recommendations – Every subject across the school chose a book they love, proving that reading isn’t just for English lessons!
• Hooked from Book One – A collection of gripping first books from 12 different series, all featured in our school assemblies. Start with one… and you might just read them all!

All of these books are available in the Hub. Whether you’re looking for adventure, insight, or inspiration – there’s something here to get you hooked.

In addition, why not take part in one of our reading challenges. Below, you’ll also find details of our ’16 Before 16’ reading challenge; our 30 day reading challenge form; and our Summer Reading Challenge. Hand in your completed challenge to your English teacher or our school librarian.
