Spring Term 2025

Term starts: Friday 3rd January 2025 (MHS Students in school Monday 6th January due to inset on 3rd January)
Half term holiday: Monday 17 February to Friday 21 February 2025
Term ends: Friday 11 April 2025
Easter break: Monday 14 April to Friday 25 April 2025

Summer Term 2025

• Monday 28^th October
• Friday 6^th December
• Friday 3^rd January
• Friday 27^th June

Compulsory student attendance totals 32.5 hours a week.

Following a public consultation in March-April 2023, the term dates for 2024-2025 have been altered. The original consultation information can be see here, and information on the outcome can be seen here.

The term dates will therefore be as follows for next year. All other dates remain unchanged to those already published.

End of the Autumn Term 2024: Students will be expected in school up to and including Friday 20th December 2024. As is tradition, school will close early on the final day of term with students leaving at 12.30pm.

Start of the Spring Term 2025: Students will be expected back in school on Monday 6th January 2025.
