PACTSTOCKPORT is inviting parents and carers of children and young people aged 0–25 with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND) to take part in their 2025 local SEND survey.
This survey is for families who live in Stockport, or who accessed education, health, or social care services for their child or young person in Stockport during 2025. The survey closes on the 28th February.
They want to understand your experiences of how well the Local Authority and health partners during 2025:
The views of parents and carers are essential in shaping the design, development, and improvement of local SEND provision and services. The findings from this survey will be published in a survey report and shared as part of local area inspections with Ofsted and the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
These views will as a priority be embedded through all Stockport SEND workstreams and there will be regular “You Said, We Did” communications throughout 2026.
The survey takes approximately 20 minutes to complete. If you have more than one child with, SEND and your experiences differ, please complete a separate survey for each child. The survey closes on the 28th February 2026.
As a thank you for your time, PACTSTOCKPORT will be raffling 10 shopping vouchers worth £25 each. If you would like to be entered into the raffle, please provide your name and contact details at the end of the survey.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experiences — your voice really does matter.
