Maternity Leave: Non-teaching Head of Year 9

37 hours per week, term time + 4 weeks (to include September inset)

Scale NJC SO1 £32,076 – £36,648 pro rata (actual salary £29,896- £34,157)

We require an excellent practitioner to join our pastoral team as a non- teaching Head of Year to cover a maternity leave. The successful candidate will responsible for the leadership and management of the year group and will join a large and successful pastoral team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for improving outcomes for young people and who is looking to progress in their career. You will be well supported by a pastoral manager and will work closely with the relevant Assistant Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher.
